About Us
Everycare East Surrey are registered by the Care Quality Commission and as a Home Care Agency, provide home care services for their clients in Reigate, Redhill, Horley, Merstham areas since 1996.
We are a small close-knit team with a family feel, working in a concentrated area, which ensures that we offer a continuity of care which our clients truly value. Our Manager and office staff know all of our clients well. It is this detailed knowledge and direct personal contact for which we are known.
We are fully insured, maintaining a high level of public liability cover. Our home help services are available 365 days a year. We carry out visits to our clients from as little as thirty minutes, up to several hours at a time, subject to the requirements of the individual. Our staff have been carefully selected with appropriate background checks, and comprehensively trained to meet our very high standards.
Before commencing our service to you, our Manager or one of our experienced care coordinators will visit you at home to discuss the ways in which we can assist you. We will explain the range of services that we offer, how we can best meet your needs, and the costs involved. These will be set out in a clear and concise manner. There will not be any extra items such as travel costs.
Once we have commenced our service, you will be able to speak to a senior member of our team on the telephone between 7.00am and 10.00pm, seven days a week though our Home Care Agency.
