“I had the pleasure of meeting and observing one of your carers on Monday morning while she provided support and care for one of your service users. I wanted to let you know it was amazing. your carer was so calm and professional. She took the time to explain to the service user who we both were, what was going on and why. Watching your carer transfer, support and care for this lady is the epitome of what every agency should strive for. I dare say this carer would be a really good teacher/instructor for staff. If all your staff work at the level, this carer presented then your service users are absolutely in good hands.”
